How it works
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners.
20 minutes run fast, but they are enough to build first connections before the meeting ends and the next talk starts.
Important steps:
1. Registration
Register via the Register button.
This registration covers only the Build EXPO 2023 - Matchmaking Event.
2. Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Create your profile to present to other participants your activity, and more. Describe what you request, your investment proposals, and/or your product or service request.
A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.
3. Create your Marketplace Opportunity
The Marketplace enables you to list your requested items and investment opportunities and to search for suitable business partners based on these items. You can present your business and investment opportunities within the following categories:
- Product
- Service
- Investment Opportunities
You can also add pictures and videos regarding your product or service.
At least one business or investment opportunity entry is required for profile validation. Increase the possibility of a meeting by listing more than one opportunity entry.
Go to the participants' list to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.
4. Send & receive meeting requests
Your profile will be published and everyone has access to it during the event.
Browse published participants' profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.
5. Personal agenda
A day before the event, on October 18, you will receive your personal agenda with the exact times of all arranged meetings.
Access your meetings in My Agenda, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings. Don't be late!
This networking event presents an ideal platform to identify technology and business partners, through pre-arranged meetings. You simply need to register, present yourself, your company or organization, and your products or services online, and select interesting partners before the event. The earlier you submit your collaboration profile, the more visibility it will receive.
All meetings take place on-site at the venue Metropolitan Expo, Athens Greece. Be aware of your schedule and prepare for your meetings.
